You dont have to be 100% raw to enjoy raw food in your diet and you dont need to be vegan to enjoy the vegan recipes.  All you need is to do value your health and energy and be prepared to have a few adventures in the kitchen.

Raw food isn’t just about salad and fruit platters although there is nothing wrong with them. There is a whole world of gourmet cuisine out there that is full of luscious indulgent bliss as well as staples you can feed your family and know they are getting maximum nutrients for your efforts.

Dont think for a moment that this is more effort than slaving over a hot stove- there are ice creams you can whip up in less than 5 minutes, soups in 2 minutes, smoothies in 1 minute and you’ll be serving them up with with all their nutrients and energy intact.

This is the lifestyle to free you from the stove and get you back in touch with your natural appetite.  Raw food isnt a fad, it was around for the thousand years before cooking and is our most natural and healthy option. Do you ever hear nutritionists saying you need to eat more refined foods? More sugar, more refined flour? No. You do hear “eat more fruit and vegetables”  It’s not rocket science, weird meal replacements or 2 week diets. It is a way of life that embraces the natural and abundant nutrients in our food and reminds us of what is important- our health and well being. If you havent got your health… well you havent got anything really.
